Jen is a seasoned business strategist with over two decades of entrepreneurial experience bringing new brands to market and fostering sustainable growth in multinational organizations. She brings innovation, clarity, and perspective to senior and executive leadership—helping them see over the horizon, positioning organizations for optimal growth, and guiding them to their most powerful market potential. Leveraging her RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) trained eye and her MBA work at Brown University, Jen sees market opportunities others don’t and takes a fiscally sound, execution-focused approach to crafting pioneering systems that build brand equity and future-proof organizations.
“Jen is rare. She trained as a technical creative, using machines and chemistry to solve problems. That translated into the ability to understand organizations and business operations, guiding them to be forward thinking and yet fiscally prudent. Her design training gives her the ability to create whole systems; her lived leadership makes her a great communicator of the systems; and she backs up her thinking with an easy going demeanor.” - Rumi
Human connection and experience grounds Jen’s practice in creating consumer marketing, developing intentional culture, and deploying effective communications systems. She is a keen observer and approaches problems from the ground up—digging into details, connecting ideas, people, and information to craft actionable answers resulting in a net-positive impact on growth, teams, and society. She has deep expertise in the consumer goods space, and has been a key partner to international organizations such as Seed Beauty, Belcorp, AJE Group, and Johnson & Johnson. Jen understands what it takes to build durable organizations positioned for the future. She is passionate about leaving the world a better place, and as the CEO of Collective Memory, a strategic brand consultancy and multidisciplinary design studio, she is dedicated to advancing women leaders and enhancing design education through her roles on the RISD Fund Steering Committee and Alumni Leadership Council.
